Friday 24th March 2017

Our Friday programme will start with the Inner Wheel session at 13:30 at The Hilton Hotel, the conference HQ hotel.

We’ll then move over to the BIC, a short walk away (but we will be laying on coaches in case it’s inclement or for those who prefer not to walk) for our Friday afternoon plenaries where we’ll be focusing on what we as a District have done during the Rotary year to date. Read more about the guest speakers at the conference.

Friday dinner at the Hilton at 18:30.

Friday evening’s entertainment will be from 20:30 at the BIC and will feature Isabel Irvine & Richard Digance.

The Friday dinner is now fully booked. If you would like to be added to the waiting list then contact Peter Wilkinson, the Registrations Officer.

Saturday 25th March 2017

On Saturday morning we’ll be featuring our Foundation highlights for the year and a series of brilliant speakers.  Saturday afternoon there’ll be a choice – an optional Membership Workshop at the BIC or whatever else you’d like to do to make your day fun!

Saturday evening we’ll be laying on the party of the year at the Pavilion Ballroom, our themed Gangsters & Molls party.

Sunday 26th March 2017

Sunday morning we’ll have more plenary sessions in the BIC.

If you prefer to have a paper copy of the program you will be able to download a copy from this website, when one is available.
